cane or drink the cold water from inside of a coconut? Travel with us into the “fruit basket” of the island and let the traditional foods of Jamaica wake up your taste buds. And what would a meal be without a drink of Jamaican rum that has been produced here since 1749 (second oldest producers of rum after
Barbados).

Water Therapy
Travel to the mountains and meet the Jamaican’s who will show you the herbal remedies of the island.
Be guided through the bush into the river and let the cool invigorating flow of the waterfalls stimulate your body. Have an amazing lunch and be home in time for a nap before the nightlife begins.

Music therapy

Negril nightlife spot, Alfred’s, where you can get your groove on to the sounds of live reggae.

Cultural Therapy

We will take you on a ride through the morass, explore the caves of the original inhabitants of Westmoreland, the Ciboney Indians and experience why this island was a haven for the pirates of the Caribbean. The beauty of Jamaica will enchant you for ages to come after you leave the island
as we weave a web of stories, history and the magic that is Jamaica. The day will end with one of the most amazing sunsets you will ever see at the famous
Rick’s café.
