The Dolphin Bar ...is right in the middle of the garden overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the world famous Negril sunset. It is a private bar and only for guests and friends of the resort.
It’s a hand made bar built by “Jamaican Rasta” from wood and stone. It offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, natural juices, fruit punch, rum punch, cocktails, crepes, salads, sandwiches and pasta any style with a selection of wines from all over the world.
The menu changes daily to offer the best in freshness and quality.
All the meals are home style freshly cooked specially for the guest and served on the verandas of the cottages or in the garden.
The Dolphin Bar also offers the services of the Banana Shout Jerk centre. Chicken, pork, fish, lobster and shrimps at its best!
